We’ve been hard at work taking steps to stand up our new project, Common Workspace. This project has been in the making for some time, but with the recent closure of Connect Coworking, we’ve accelerated our timelines to provide a solution to those needing a new home by June 30.
So who are we? We’re Dillon Walker and Leah Bogen, the founding duo behind Common, a new workspace for Tucson. We’re excited to be building something unique and rooted in our community. Providing infrastructure for entrepreneurs and teams to grow is not something new to us. You can read more about our backgrounds here.
Our vision for the space is simple: an easy, elevated, and focused workspace solution for people to bring ideas to execution. As all-inclusive benefits, your Common Membership will include:

We’ll have flexible workspace solutions including flex desks, resident desks, semi-private pods for teams, and offices for teams, ranging from 2-6 people.
Where we are
We’ve entered into the final stages of our design process and have secured a negotiated letter of intent on our space.
We’re finalizing the lease and taking the necessary steps to ensure that our build out is a success to meet our design plan. Because of this, we can’t release the location today, but we anticipate being able to do so within the next week.
We understand that being in love with the space and the location is a big part of your decision making. Here are some things we can share: It’s a 9-minute walk from Connect Coworking. Everyone will have a window seat. It’s in an amazing, emerging part of downtown.
Within the next two weeks, we’ll be releasing our location, branding, pricing, and begin to meet with people to discuss the space and available options. We’re excited to work with you, as founding residents to build a space that fits all our needs.
