Moving on up! Literally. To the 3rd or 4th floor of Common Workspace!
Things are getting so exciting as we’ve finalized our lease with the City of Tucson and have design plans for this incredible new space almost over the finish line.
Here’s what we’re planning. We are going to be modifying the 4th Floor heavily to build custom (really freaking sweet) private offices to accommodate members looking for something a little more focused/quiet. This will also include a complete remodel of shared spaces and conference rooms on this floor. Because this build out will take time, we are going to be opening the 3rd Floor on July 1st, 2019 so that previous Connect members have an option as their space comes up.
The 3rd Floor will be a stylish and refreshed open and flexible space that allows members to get focused on their work, but also tap into the energy of the space and its fellow members. The 3rd Floor includes a completely remodeled Member Lounge, 2 conference rooms, and all the views of our downtown core you could ask for.
On July 1, each Resident Membership will have a spacious desk, comfortable task chair, and locking movable file cabinet. You’ll have access to all the included amenities from day 1 as well.
The 4th Floor build out will take approximately 10 weeks, so will be open closer to September 1, 2019. At which time, anyone who has locked in a membership will move into their new offices. No one will be required to pay for the space until they move in and in the meantime you can secure a Resident Desk membership on the 3rd Floor.
