Dillon is a creative strategist, business leader, and community builder, based in Tucson, Arizona. Dillon is the founder and principal of Hydrant, a digital studio providing a distinct set of creative, digital, and marketing services to organizations of many sizes.
As a community builder, Dillon is the President of the Tucson Young Professionals, working to create a more vibrant city for young people to thrive in; Co-founded the TENWEST Festival; and serves on the boards of the Southern Arizona Leadership Council and Downtown Tucson Partnership.
Leah is a Senior Associate with Volk Company, a local commercial real estate broker in Tucson. She works with local businesses to grow and expand and has an in-depth knowledge of Downtown Tucson. She has a passion for fitness, food and fun and delivers high energy and results with tenant and landlord representation.
Leah was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin and attended Marquette University, where she graduated cum laude and double majored in commercial real estate and finance. She helped start the commercial real estate program at Marquette, being one of its first graduates in 2006; the program is now ranked #11 by the US News & World Report. Her path led her to Minneapolis and Chicago to work with Wells Fargo, where she later became Assistant Vice President of Commercial Real Estate – Managed Assets Group. From there, and a move to San Francisco for Wells Fargo HQ she later worked at Gap, Inc HQ as Project Lead, managing all capital projects for Banana Republic overseeing new store builds and remodels. In another role with Gap, she was responsible for financial analysis for real estate activity and investment decisions for 200+ Gap brand stores in the Midwest and Canada.
Craving warmer weather and a big small town feel, she moved to Tucson in 2013. In Tucson, she quickly felt comfortable in her new desert terrain, feeling at home and wanting to contribute to Tucson’s growth. She joined Bourn Companies as an Asset Manager for a commercial real estate portfolio of 500,000 square feet overseeing leasing, marketing, property management, operations and financial activities. As an advocate for Downtown Tucson’s resurgence, she worked to re-develop the City Park block on Congress Street including a ground up development of a new 5-story mixed used building.
Gustavo graduated from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Gustavo’s introduction to the financial services industry began at a young age when he started working while attending school at BBVA Compass Bank as a teller. He was quickly promoted to a banker role. Upon graduation, he attained his securities licenses and began working as a Financial Advisor at AXA Advisors LLC where he worked for three years. Gustavo left AXA Advisors to join the Schafer Present & Stoffers Investment Group at RBC Wealth Management in Tucson one year ago.
Gustavo has a passion for giving back and mentoring others. Some of his work in the community include serving as a board member for Tucson Young Professionals, a junior board member and a Big Brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona, a board member of Casa de los Niños, and teaching personal finance classes to high school students with Junior Achievement of Southern Arizona. Gustavo is fluent in Spanish, enjoys classic car restoration, playing golf, and is a dog father of Enzo and Asher miniature pinschers.
